BUILD & RUN — VOICE AGENTS

Calls ring out while your team is busy, and callers go elsewhere.

The calls you miss are indistinguishable from customers who never existed. Nobody leaves a message — they phone the next name on the list, and you never find out. A voice agent takes the enquiry end to end, asks your qualifying questions and books it into your real schedule, with the hand-off to a person defined and tested before it takes a single call.

YOUR SALES AND GROWTH

WHO THIS IS FOR

Operations where demand arrives outside office hours and nothing records what was missed.

THE PROBLEM

Hiring for it does not work either. Evening and weekend cover costs more than the calls are worth until you are large enough to have been covering it already, and by then your market has learned to phone somebody else first. There is no report that shows this. The demand that arrives when nobody is there leaves no trace at all.

  1. Agent

Thanks for calling. I’m the shop’s AI assistant. The desk opens at 7:30, but I can book you in now.

  2. Caller

Hi, my brakes are grinding. Can someone look at it this week?

  3. Agent

I can book that. Thursday at 8 am or Friday at 2 pm?

  4. Caller

    Thursday at 8.

  5. Agent

You’re booked for Thursday at 8 am for a brake inspection. I’ll text you the confirmation now.

Brake inspection · new customer

  • Done: On the shop’s calendar

  • Done: Confirmation texted to the caller

  • Done: Summary waiting for the service desk at 7:30 am

New customer, brakes grinding, wants it seen this week.

  • Done: Recording and transcript kept with the booking

Anything urgent goes to a person by a rule you set, not left for the morning.

An auto repair shop’s after-hours call, late in the evening. The voice agent says it is AI, books the caller into the shop’s own calendar, and leaves the recording, the transcript and a summary for the service desk in the morning.

What you get.

  • An agent trained on your services, your terms and the questions you would ask yourself.
  • Booking written straight into the schedule your team already uses.
  • An escalation path to a person, agreed and tested before launch.
  • Recordings and transcripts of everything it handled, so you can audit its work instead of trusting it.
  • A test line you can call yourself, before a customer ever reaches it.

How it works.

Priced against the scope, after a Diagnostic that is small on purpose. The shape of the work we can tell you now.

THE SHAPE
Built, then run. Agents drift as your services and prices change, so this has an ongoing half.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Your qualifying questions, your calendar, and a person willing to take an escalation.
WHAT YOU KEEP
The configuration, the recordings and the transcripts, held in your accounts.

What this does not include.

Published because you should know before the call, not after the invoice.

  • Pretending to be human. It discloses that it is AI.
  • Emergencies handled by judgement. Those route to a person by rule, not by assessment.
  • Outbound calling. This answers; it does not dial.

QUESTIONS

Will callers know it is AI?

Yes — it says so. Concealment buys very little and costs everything the first time somebody works it out, which they eventually do.

What happens when it cannot handle a call?

It hands to a person along with everything it has already gathered, following a path defined before launch. The caller does not start again from the beginning.

What if it books something wrong?

It writes into your real calendar, so a wrong booking is as visible as a human one — and the recording shows exactly how it happened, which is more than you get from a receptionist’s memory.

Bring us one bad week.

Book a pilot call. Tell us where the week goes wrong, and we’ll tell you what an Operations Diagnostic would map and measure.

The first paid step has a clear scope and an end date, and the pilot after it is one workflow — not a platform, and not an open-ended retainer.
