COACH & CHARTER

Quotes in minutes. Passengers told before they ask.

MexaBuild runs the charter desk — quoting, holding, confirming, briefing, and keeping every passenger informed — so groups book with you instead of the operator who replied first.

AN ILLUSTRATIVE DAY — YOUR DIAGNOSTIC IS MEASURED AGAINST YOUR REAL NUMBERS.

Where coach & charter bus leaks money.

  • Charter quotes answered the next business day, by which time the group booked elsewhere.
  • Quotes priced on a feeling instead of the real cost of coach, driver and hours.
  • Deposits that were never chased.
  • A delay that turns into a wave of phone calls because nobody told the group.
  • Repeat customers who were never asked to come back.

COACH & CHARTER BUS · OPERATIONS BLUEPRINT

Every process in the operation. Lit where a system carries it.

Each floor is a department and each station a process. The bright line is the path one job takes, and the light travelling it is that job. Select any station to see what starts it, what the system does, and what stays with a person.

YOUR ADDITIONS · THE MAP IS YOURS TO EXTEND

Missing a process? Put it on the map.

Anything you run, or wish you ran, that is not drawn above. Name it, say where it sits, and it appears on the model with a blueprint sheet of its own. It travels with your pilot-call booking, so the call starts from your map, not ours. No price is attached; it is scoped on the call.

WHY US

We run this on our own vehicles.

We are not a consultancy that read about AI and wrote a deck. We build and operate the automation behind our own Ontario transport operation — built inside our own business first — and it runs every day whether or not anybody is watching it.

  • Vehicles tracked by geofence on the 401 corridor.
  • Arrival and departure times recorded without anyone typing them.
  • Delay alerts that hold their tongue until they are certain.
  • An AI voice agent that calls drivers before an early start.
  • A dispatch desk that runs on all of it.

That operation is a passenger fleet with a dispatch desk, which is most of what a coach and charter operator runs. The machinery moves across with almost nothing changed. It runs one corridor, London to Toronto Pearson. If your routes cross it, we say so before the Diagnostic starts, and the engagement agreement keeps what we see inside it.

What transfers is the machinery, and the expensive mistakes that come with it. The vehicle that clipped a geofence while driving past and marked a stop it never made. The stale data feed that hid whole trips. The alert that fired on one bad GPS reading. Every one of those is a way an automated system embarrasses you in front of a customer, and every one was found and fixed on our vehicles, not yours.

QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED

How fast can a charter quote go out?

In minutes, day or evening, priced against the real cost of the coach, the driver and the hours, not a feeling. A quote answered the next business day is the one the group had already booked elsewhere.

Who chases the deposit and the confirmation?

The system does, automatically, until they land — a deposit link goes out the moment the coach is held, and the confirmation is chased without a person remembering to follow up. A deposit that was never chased is a coach reserved for a group that may not come, and a quote priced on a feeling instead of the real cost of coach, driver and hours is the other leak the desk closes.

What happens to the group when a coach is delayed?

Every passenger is texted before they think to call, so a delay does not become a wave of phone calls to one office while the person who could fix it is answering them. The driver is briefed and the manifest sent on departure day, and manifests, briefings and paperwork sit in one place the whole team can see.

What happens when the coach gets back?

The invoice goes out and a review is requested the same day, from the record of the run. Repeat customers who were never asked to come back are one of the leaks a charter desk usually has, and that record is what makes asking them possible.

What is the first step?

The first engagement is an Operations Diagnostic of the whole business, with one number taken from the part that costs most — usually the quote desk — measured against your own numbers: enquiries a week, how many become a booking, what a charter is worth. It works on top of what you already run, not instead of it.

Bring us one bad week.

Book a pilot call. Tell us where the week goes wrong, and we’ll tell you what an Operations Diagnostic would map and measure.

The first paid step has a clear scope and an end date, and the pilot after it is one workflow — not a platform, and not an open-ended retainer.
