SERVICES — TIER 6 OF 6
Owner’s View. Your whole business on one screen, and an agent you can ask.
One screen for the whole business, built department by department and process by process from how you actually run it: where each process stands, what needs you today, and the numbers behind it, assembled from the systems that already hold them. Plus an agent you can simply ask, by voice or by text, and get an answer back the same way.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Owners and directors who currently answer “how are we doing?” by opening four systems, exporting three spreadsheets, and still not being certain.
THE DASHBOARD, BY INDUSTRY
Pick your industry. See the dashboard we would build you.
Each industry opens its own dashboard: its departments, its processes, the numbers that matter in that trade, and Charlie, the agent the owner can ask about any of it, by voice or by text.
These departments and processes are an example for each industry. Yours will be different. We build the dashboard for your business: we add your departments, map your processes, and shape the screen around your workflow, the way you see it.

You, spoken: Who needs retraining this week?
Charlie: Two press 3 operators, due by Friday. Both are booked for Thursday morning.

How we build yours.
Your departments
We start from how your business is organised, not from a template. A department you have and we have not shown gets added.
Your processes
We map every process inside each department and the path a job takes through them, from the first call to the money collected.
Your numbers
For each process we agree the one number that changes a decision, write down what it counts, and connect the systems that already hold it.
Your workflow, your way
The screen, the alerts and Charlie are shaped around how you run the place, and they grow as we automate more of it.
What you actually get.
- One screen built from your own departments and processes, showing where each one stands and what needs you, with nothing on it that would not change a decision.
- A written definition behind every figure, so the number means the same thing next month.
- An agent you can ask in plain language, which answers you by voice or text.
- Alerts when something moves far enough to be worth your attention, so you stop having to check.
- A stated source and refresh time on every number, so you always know how old it is.
An agent works nights. That is not the same as saving you nights.
The dashboard is the easy half. The hard half is that an agent answering questions about your business can be confidently wrong, and an owner acting on a wrong number is worse off than one who never asked.
Published research puts conversational analytics at roughly ninety-four per cent accuracy once a system has been in use for a week — and three times better when it answers from written definitions instead of being pointed at a raw database. Ninety-four sounds excellent until you notice it means about one answer in seventeen is wrong.
So this is built to say how sure it is, in words, not a percentage nobody reads. “Six loads go out today, as of this morning’s schedule” is a different sentence from “revenue looks like it is around three hundred and ten thousand, but two systems disagree and I have used the accounting one.” You should be able to hear the difference without looking at a score.
A dashboard built on messy records shows the wrong numbers.
This is the one tier with a prerequisite, and it is worth being blunt about it: a dashboard built over records nobody is maintaining will be beautiful and wrong, and it will lose the room by the second month. The order matters more here than anywhere else on the site.
- 01
Get the underlying records straight first
If the paperwork is scattered and the invoices are assembled by hand, the numbers on any screen will be wrong in ways nobody can see. That is the back office tier, and for most businesses it comes before this one.
AGENT-RUN BACK OFFICE → - 02
Agree what each number means
Written definitions, named sources, and a decided rule for when two systems disagree. Unglamorous, and the reason the screen is still trusted in six months.
OWNER’S VIEW → - 03
Then the screen, and the agent
Only now. Built on records that are maintained and numbers that mean one thing, which is what makes an answer worth acting on.
OWNER’S VIEW →
How this is priced.
- A build, then we keep it running — the screen, the definitions and the agent — because a dashboard nobody maintains stops being true within a quarter. Both are quoted on the work, and there is no licence fee.
- Refreshed overnight as standard, which is enough for almost every decision an owner makes and keeps the running cost low.
- Live refresh is available as an upgrade, quoted separately, because it genuinely costs more: the accounting platforms now charge for reading your own data. QuickBooks meters reads beyond a monthly allowance and Xero began charging for data egress in March 2026, so a screen that polls constantly costs real money. We pass that through at cost instead of burying it.
What stays human.
An agent drafts and assembles. These decisions do not leave a person, and that boundary is not configurable.
- Every decision. It tells you where the business stands; what to do about it is yours.
- Anything it is not confident about is said out loud as uncertainty, not rounded into a clean number.
- Any figure where two systems disagree. It shows you both and names which one it used.
- Anything outside its defined numbers. It says it has no definition for that instead of estimating one.
WHAT WE NEED ACCESS TO
- Read-only access to your accounting system through its official connection, granted by you and revocable by you at any time.
- Read access to whichever systems hold your jobs, your sales and your people.
- An agreement on what each number means, once, at the start — which is the work that makes the rest trustworthy.
WHAT WE NEVER ASK FOR
- Your banking, payroll or card processing credentials. Reading your accounts through the accounting platform is not the same thing, and we will not ask for the other.
- Write access to anything. This tier only ever reads.
- A number we cannot trace back to a source and a definition.
WHAT SITS UNDER THIS
What this does not include.
Published because you should know before the call, not after the invoice.
- A number without a definition. If we cannot say exactly what it counts, it does not go on the screen.
- Access to your banking, payroll or card processing credentials. The accounting connection is read-only and through the official interface.
- Any action taken on your behalf. It reports and it answers; it does not move money, send anything, or change a record.
- A promise that it is never wrong. It is a language model that looks up your own defined figures before it answers.
WHERE THIS APPLIES
The industries whose page names Owner’s View as one of the places we would start. Each one is written for that trade, with its own numbers.
Bring us one bad week.
Book a pilot call. Tell us where the week goes wrong, and we’ll tell you what an Operations Diagnostic would map and measure.
The first paid step has a clear scope and an end date, and the pilot after it is one workflow — not a platform, and not an open-ended retainer.
