ABOUT MEXABUILD
Every business runs on the same basics. We learn how yours really works.
Every business runs on the same handful of fundamentals. That does not change between a machine shop, a clinic and a coach company. What changes is the operation: the desk, the software, the hour of the week it comes apart. So the question was never whether we have run your industry — it is whether we can read your operation quickly, and see where it has drifted from the fundamentals underneath it.

THE FUNDAMENTALS
This is not a marketing position. It is what studying business as a subject actually teaches you: underneath the vocabulary, the same structures repeat. A hospital, a warehouse and a taxi fleet describe their days in words that share almost nothing, and are solving the same short list of problems — capacity against demand, a promise made and kept, an exception caught early enough to matter, and a record good enough to bill from.
What differs is the operation, and an operation can be learned. It is the part that has to be read on site: which screen the person on shift actually trusts, which step gets skipped when the pressure comes on, which handover is held together by one person's memory. We are fast at that because it is the same reading each time, done again in new words.
Then comes the part most people skip. Knowing where an operation has drifted gives you a procedure — the way the work should go. But a procedure on its own changes nothing. Every business already owns procedures nobody follows, in a binder nobody opens. A procedure becomes real only when a system carries it: something that puts the step in front of the person at the moment they need it, and notices when it did not happen.
The system does not have to be software. It can be a one-page sheet at the packing bench, a laminated card in the cab, a form that will not submit incomplete, or an agent that answers the call at two in the morning and escalates properly. What it has to be is matched to the procedure and to the people who will use it. Getting that wrong is how automation projects die — a system nobody uses is a procedure nobody follows, with a licence fee attached.
That pairing is what this business is. Enough grounding in business fundamentals to write a procedure that is actually right, and enough hands-on operations and AI to build the system that carries it. Neither half works alone: theory without an operation produces advice that cannot be acted on, and software without a procedure underneath it automates whatever mess was already there.
So we do not start from your industry. We find the fundamental your operation is breaking, write the procedure that fixes it, and build the smallest system that makes the procedure stick.
A procedure nobody follows is a document. A procedure a system carries is how the business runs.

FOUNDER, MEXABUILD
“Most AI consultants show you a demo. I run a fleet dispatch AI system that handles real customers every day. When I tell you your AI pilot will make it to production, it's because I've already done it.”
The conviction that every business runs on the same fundamentals did not come from consulting. It came from studying business as a subject — and from a thesis that kept arriving at the same place: strip an industry of its vocabulary and the same structures are underneath it.
The other half came from running operations, not from reading about them. Multi-fleet transport, dispatch desks, drivers, breakdowns, third-party logistics and warehousing, and customers who wanted an answer at two in the morning. Enough different operations, closely enough, to know how fast a new one can be read — and which parts of a day are genuinely hard and which are simply nobody's job.
Both halves are the job. The theory says what should be true of any operation, and that is where the strategy comes from; the time on the desk, working inside the operation alongside the people who do the job, says what is actually true of this one. The procedure comes from the first and the system that carries it comes from the second, which is why MexaBuild sells neither a document nor a piece of software on its own.

One number, agreed in advance
Every engagement names the number it is trying to move before it starts. It makes success and failure legible to both sides.
No unmonitored automation
If we build it, we watch it. A system that fails silently is worse than the manual process it replaced.
We will tell you when the answer is no
A Diagnostic that recommends doing nothing is a legitimate outcome. We would rather lose a build than sell you one you did not need.

Bring us one bad week.
Book a pilot call. Tell us where the week goes wrong, and we’ll tell you what an Operations Diagnostic would map and measure.
The first paid step has a clear scope and an end date, and the pilot after it is one workflow — not a platform, and not an open-ended retainer.
