TRANSPORTATION — SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO

Whatever you move, the office is the ceiling.

A tractor unit, a 54-seat coach, a wheelchair-accessible van. The vehicle changes; the office does not. Someone takes the request, decides which unit runs it, tells the other end where it is, and proves it happened so it can be billed. That desk is what limits how many vehicles you can run — not the vehicles.

Where it leaks.

  • Requests arriving by phone, email and text, and living in three different places.

  • A vehicle standing idle because the one person who could assign it was on another call.

  • Customers and passengers phoning for information your system already holds.

  • Time on site that nobody logged, so nobody billed.

  • Proof of the job filed against the wrong record, or never filed.

  • No reliable view of which work actually makes money once the vehicle is paid for.

TRANSPORTATION · OPERATIONS BLUEPRINT

Every process in the operation. Lit where a system carries it.

Each floor is a department and each station a process. The bright line is the path one job takes, and the light travelling it is that job. Select any station to see what starts it, what the system does, and what stays with a person.

YOUR ADDITIONS · THE MAP IS YOURS TO EXTEND

Missing a process? Put it on the map.

Anything you run, or wish you ran, that is not drawn above. Name it, say where it sits, and it appears on the model with a blueprint sheet of its own. It travels with your pilot-call booking, so the call starts from your map, not ours. No price is attached; it is scoped on the call.

QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED

Freight, charter or passengers — which page is mine?

Trucking for freight; coach and charter, taxi and limousine, on-demand and paratransit, school and employee bus, medical transport, and airport and hotel shuttle for passengers. They are different buyers with different money, so each keeps its own page. This one is the shared desk they all run on.

Requests arrive by phone, email and text — can they land in one place?

Yes. Every request — call, email, text or form — lands in one queue and is taken once, so a vehicle is not standing idle because the one person who could assign it was on another call.

What does 'proof at the point of service' mean?

Signed, timed and filed when the job is done, and checked complete before the day closes, so it bills today. Time on site that nobody logged and proof filed against the wrong record are where a fleet's office loses the money the vehicle earned.

Have you actually run this, or is it a demo?

We run our own Ontario fleet on it — the dispatch, the driver call, the proof and the billing — which is why the work is described from a desk and not from a slide. Where a trade differs from ours, its own page says so.

What is the first step, and what is it measured against?

The first engagement is an Operations Diagnostic of the whole business, with one number taken from the part that costs most — the queue, dispatch or proof — and one number agreed in advance: calls answered, jobs booked, time to first response, hours a week the desk spends on one thing. It works on top of what you already run, not instead of it.

Bring us one bad week.

Book a pilot call. Tell us where the week goes wrong, and we’ll tell you what an Operations Diagnostic would map and measure.

The first paid step has a clear scope and an end date, and the pilot after it is one workflow — not a platform, and not an open-ended retainer.
