BUILD & RUN — CONTENT & CHANNEL AUTOMATION

Posts go out only when someone remembers to make them.

You post when somebody remembers, which means four posts in an afternoon and then three weeks of nothing — and every burst looks like it came from a different company. This renders your posters, carousels and short video from one brand system and publishes them to the channels you own, on a schedule you approve.

YOUR SALES AND GROWTH

WHO THIS IS FOR

Businesses whose social presence goes quiet for three weeks, then produces four posts in an afternoon, and whose brand looks slightly different in each one.

THE PROBLEM

The cost is not the hour spent making a post. It is that the brand never accumulates, because nothing looks like it came from the same place. Twelve months of that leaves you roughly where you started, having done the work.

Posts go only to pages you own, from the calendar you approved. No ads, no messages to anyone.

A limousine company’s October: every post rendered from one brand system in one of three looks, sent to each channel in the shape it wants, and nothing published that the owner has not approved.

What you get.

  • A brand definition held in one place, so every asset is on-brand by construction, not by somebody remembering the hex code.
  • Posters, carousels and short video rendered from that same definition, in several looks so a month of posts does not read as one template repeated.
  • The right shape sent to the right channel — short video and stills do not want the same crop, and one asset posted everywhere looks like one asset posted everywhere.
  • A calendar you approve in advance, published on a schedule instead of whenever somebody has a free afternoon.
  • Copy adapted per channel, because what reads well on one does not on another.

How it works.

Priced against the scope, after a Diagnostic that is small on purpose. The shape of the work we can tell you now.

THE SHAPE
Built once as a brand system, then run on a calendar you approve. The system is what makes the running cheap — without it, every post is a fresh piece of work.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Your brand — marks, type, colour, and a view on tone — plus approval on the calendar before anything publishes.
WHAT YOU KEEP
The brand system and every rendered asset, in your own storage. If we stop, your creative does not.

What this does not include.

Published because you should know before the call, not after the invoice.

  • Cold outreach of any kind. This publishes to channels you own; contacting individuals who have not agreed to hear from you is a different job with different rules.
  • Any promise about reach, followers or engagement. Those depend on the platforms and on whether the work is good, and anyone guaranteeing them is guessing.
  • Paid advertising. We are not buying media on your behalf and we take no commission from anyone who would.
  • Publishing without your approval. The calendar is agreed before anything goes out, and it stays that way.

QUESTIONS

Have you actually done this, or is it a plan?

We run it for our own transport business. The posters, carousels and short video for it come out of exactly this system and go to five channels on a schedule — which is also how we know where it is tedious, because we felt that part first.

We already have someone doing our social.

Then this is not for you, and we would rather say so. Where it helps is when nobody owns it, or when the person who does spends most of their time rebuilding the same asset in five sizes instead of deciding what to say.

Will it all look the same after a month?

That is the usual failure, and it is why the system carries several distinct looks, not one template with the words swapped. Consistent is the brand staying recognisable; identical is a different thing and it stops working quickly.

Bring us one bad week.

Book a pilot call. Tell us where the week goes wrong, and we’ll tell you what an Operations Diagnostic would map and measure.

The first paid step has a clear scope and an end date, and the pilot after it is one workflow — not a platform, and not an open-ended retainer.
