TEAM ENABLEMENT — TEAM TRAINING

Staff sit through AI training and go back to the old way.

Everyone comes back from AI training enthusiastic and, a week later, works exactly as they did before. Nobody changes how they work because of a seminar. These sessions are built on the tasks your team does every morning, in your systems, and everyone leaves having done their own work faster at least once.

YOUR BACK OFFICE

WHO THIS IS FOR

Teams handed tools and no time to learn them, who are now quietly not using them.

THE PROBLEM

Seminars fail because they teach the tool and not the job. People leave able to describe what AI can do and unable to point at anything on their own desk it applies to, so they go back to the way that already works. Adoption is not an attitude problem. It is a specificity problem.

EXAMPLE FIGURES

BUILT FROM THIS WEEK’S JOBS · SESSION 1 OF 2

Your own work, done once while watched

  • Done: Tuesday’s daily log, dictated into the Elm Street job file on site

    Tuesday 3:15, on site

  • Done: Third-floor photos filed to the right unit, from the truck

    Tuesday 3:35

  • Not done: The drywall order sent from site, not phoned in to the office

Thursday 3:15, at the Hillcrest townhouses

Three tracks, three different jobs

  • Field · Luis, Marco, Tom

Daily logs, site photos, material orders

    Tue, Thu 3:15

  • Office · Dana, Priya

Supplier quotes into the estimate sheet, the Friday client update

    Wed 10:00

  • Owner

The Monday job-cost check against the estimate

    Thu 5:30

How it runs

  1. Two short sessions, this week, in progress

30 minutes each, at the trailer at the end of the day

  2. Two weeks of real use, next

Your own jobs, without us there

  3. Return visit · two weeks on, next

We fix whatever did not stick

No certificate at the end. This sheet and the session recordings stay with you, for the next hire.

A site super’s task sheet from the field track: his own work from this week’s jobs, done once the new way while someone watched, beside the office and owner tracks and the return visit two weeks later.

What you get.

  • Sessions built on real tasks pulled from your business, not on sample data.
  • Separate tracks for the office, the field and the owner, because those are not the same job.
  • Hands-on time where each person does their own work the new way while someone watches.
  • A return visit two weeks later to fix what did not stick.

How it works.

Priced against the scope, after a Diagnostic that is small on purpose. The shape of the work we can tell you now.

THE SHAPE
Short sessions scheduled around your operating hours, with one follow-up a fortnight later.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
The people, briefly, and a manager willing to protect the time from the day.
WHAT YOU KEEP
The recordings and task sheets, so your next hire gets the same training without us.

What this does not include.

Published because you should know before the call, not after the invoice.

  • A certificate. We are training people to do the job, not to pass anything.
  • Training on tools we have not reviewed. We will not teach something we would not recommend.

QUESTIONS

How much time comes out of the working day?

Sessions are short and scheduled around your hours. Nobody loses a full day off the floor, because a business that stops for training does not book the training.

Our team is resistant.

Usually rationally so — software has wasted their time before. We start with a task they find annoying, not one that is convenient for us, and that changes the conversation quickly.

WHERE THIS APPLIES

The industries whose page names Team Enablement as one of the places we would start. Each one is written for that trade, with its own numbers.

Bring us one bad week.

Book a pilot call. Tell us where the week goes wrong, and we’ll tell you what an Operations Diagnostic would map and measure.

The first paid step has a clear scope and an end date, and the pilot after it is one workflow — not a platform, and not an open-ended retainer.
