WHAT THE CHASING COSTS — MANUFACTURING
Work out what you are already paying to find your own mistakes.
Put in what you know: how many people lose part of their day chasing problems, how long it takes them, and how often an order goes out wrong. Everything updates as you type. Nothing you enter leaves your browser unless you choose to email yourself the result.
Anyone whose week includes working out what went wrong.
Not their whole job — just the hunting.
Wage plus benefits and payroll costs.
Be conservative. Some of it will always need a person.
Mixed parts, wrong labels, wrong price on the invoice.
Rework, return freight, credit note, the time to sort it out.
Not all of them. Some only show up at the customer.

YOUR NUMBERS, NOT OUR CLAIM. UNTIL YOU CHANGE AN INPUT THE FIGURES ARE AN EXAMPLE; AFTER THAT THEY ARE YOUR OWN INPUTS MULTIPLIED OUT. NOTHING HERE IS A GUARANTEE OF A RETURN. CHECK IT AGAINST YOUR OWN RECORDS BEFORE YOU BELIEVE IT.
WHERE THE STARTING NUMBERS COME FROM
The figures this page opens with are an example, not an average: six people each losing three hours of the day to chasing problems, a system taking back three-quarters of that, and fifteen orders a month going out wrong at $600 each to put right. Change every one of them to your own.
The pattern behind them is common in plants that run an ERP and ship to large customers: people spending part of the week working out where a number in the ledger came from, someone checking incoming order prices by hand, the wrong part in a correctly labelled box, and invoices rebilled because the price was wrong when the truck left.
None of that is exotic. Every shop that runs an ERP and ships to a big customer has some version of it. The point of this page is to put a number on your version.
What we will tell you that a calculator cannot
Some of what costs you money is not an artificial intelligence problem. Parts getting mixed up is often a scanning and habit problem. A ledger full of unexplained entries is often a configuration problem in software you already own. If that is what we find, we will say so.

Book a pilot call. Tell us where the week goes wrong, and we’ll tell you what an Operations Diagnostic would map and measure.
The first paid step has a clear scope and an end date, and the pilot after it is one workflow — not a platform, and not an open-ended retainer.
